Felisha's Corner

My name is Felisha Bennett, and thank you for visiting my corner of the blog. Those who follow me on social media, you may know me as The Carpenter’s Mother—a name the Lord placed on my heart. My son, Josh, was studying carpentry and renovation, and when I felt called to share my story and the lessons God has taught me through grief and faith, this name was the perfect fit and available across every platform.

I am a mother, author, and speaker, passionate about guiding others through grief, faith, and healing. My experiences have shaped the work I do, from my blog reflections to my speaking engagements, and now through gatherings like my Yearly November Brunch, where we come together in community, encouragement, and faith.

The journey has been challenging, and it still is, but through leaning into God’s Word and walking closely with Him, I’ve learned tools and truths that have not only helped me navigate loss and healing but also equip me to support others facing similar trials. I hope that in sharing my story, I can inspire hope, healing, and encouragement for you and your family.
