Everything that is written are my notes from watching the Movie called The Shack and I am a firm believer that if God gives you something to help pass it on to others Iron sharpens Iron
Religion is too much work God doesn’t want slaves he wants friends
#Theshack
As we walk through life, especially during times of grief, God isn’t asking us to have all the answers. He wants us to remember what we’ve learned along the way.
For instance, if you’ve discovered that morning prayer helps calm your anxiety throughout the day, remember to keep that practice. If you’ve learned that taking a nap before engaging with others helps, don’t forget that either.
Start small, and don’t put pressure on yourself.
Healing and growth in the way God desires for us are more effective when we walk through them with Him. Some of our hurt comes from the past, wounds we’ve covered up. Pray that God will heal those deep scars.
While I may not fully understand why God led me to watch this movie now, I have to trust that everything is working together for my good.
Joshua killers are still out there but I have to have patience trusting in God’s sovereignty.
After watching the movie, I prayed for the strength to forgive the people who hurt me and those who know the truth but have remained silent. I asked God why He led me to watch it, and He answered, “I want you to know that healing is possible.”
